From incorporation in 2006 to 2014, JWPK Holdings Sdn Bhd explored S.E.Asia and the Far East as an Investment Acquisitions Holdings Company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
In 2006 its first significant investment acquisition in securing majority ownership of Tong Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd Group of Companies from the Estate of its late founder and owner Datuk Wong Tze Fatt.
Other overseas investments acquisitions during this exploratory period were businesses in Information-Technology, Mariculture and Real Estate.
In 2018 Tong Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd was secured as a wholly owned subsidiary company asset.
